1. Information on How to Enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The promotion period begins on 14th December, 2011 at 11.00am and ends on 29th May, 2012 at 11.00 am.
3. Eligible entrants must
   1. Complete the membership entry form at www.biggiveaway.com.au
   2. Comply with the BGA Terms and Conditions
   3. Be an active member of BGA during the promotion period. An active member is considered a member who responds to at least 50% of email promotions and survey invitations they receive
4. Employees of Empowered Communications and associated companies and their immediate families and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.

5. Draw will take place at Empowered Communications, 102 York Street, South Melbourne, 3205. Prize winners name will be announced on the website. Winners will be advised via email and in writing and name published in The Australian Newspaper on the dates below.

   Promotion closes at 11.00am and is drawn at 11.15am

6. The first eligible entries drawn each draw will receive the following:
   1. Draw 1: First 5 eligible entries will each receive a 32GB 3G Apple iPad valued at $839 each
   2. Draw 2: First 2 eligible entries will each receive a $2500 gift voucher at Flight Centre
   3. Draw 3: First 2 eligible entries will each receive a Mac Book to the value of $2499 each
7. Winners' can nominate to take their prize as cash transferred into their bank account.
8. Total prize pool is $14,193.00.
9. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on 18th September, 2012 in order to distribute the prize if it remains unclaimed by that date subject to any relevant legislation. If such draw is required the winner will be notified in writing and their name published in The Australian newspaper on 25th September, 2012.
10. The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed in the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is also available on the website. The personal information collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner and for future marketing and promotional purposes. Your personal information will only be disclosed to the Promoter and its related bodies corporate for these purposes. You can close your membership and any time and once opted out you will no longer receive any marketing communications.
